Who you are We are seeking an energetic and skilled T2 Tech Support Specialist to join our team. This team member will have an important role in providing advanced technical support to our clients and internal teams. This role will be responsible for troubleshooting complex issues, managing PBX integration, and ensuring the smooth operation of our platform. Requirements 3+ years of experience in technical support, with a strong focus on PBX support. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field. In-depth knowledge of telecommunication systems and VoIP infrastructure. Experience troubleshooting and managing cloud-based communication platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Fluent in English and Spanish.
