Full Time Opportunity 13; 13; General Description 13;

Provide advice to customers explaining insurance alternatives to complete their Mortgage closing transaction with Banco Popular. Evaluate coverage alternatives, limits of insurance, and main policy exclusions to ensure customers insurance needs are addressed. Monitors campaign results to assure the fulfillment of the established processes. Completes reports to communicate results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 13;

:Perform outbound calls to Popular Mortgage customers to explain insurance alternatives, within the timeframe established for this process.
:Provide customers additional insurance alternatives and coverages and complete the quoting process when required.
:Communicate effectively, change in quotes with Popular Mortgage employees and document repository systems. Serve as liaison with Popular Mortgage employees involved in processing and closing processes.
:Complete the documentation process established to monitor the advice/ offering initiative, and the documentation process required to maintain the customer file with correspondence, quotes and insurance settlement.
:Complete monthly dashboards to communicate efforts, and performance indicators related to the campaign. 13;

Experience 13;

Insurance experience, preferably
13;

Certifications / Licenses 13;

The following certifications and/or licenses are required:

:P and C (Miscellaneous) Insurance License
:CISR designation (desirable) 13;
