General Purpose of the PositionThe Telemarketing Representative is responsible to contact businesses by telephone in order to promote Infopaginas’ products and services, gather company information and schedule an appointment for Sales Representatives to meet with prospective customer.Principal ResponsibilitiesContact businesses to generate/schedule appointments for the sales team.Deliver scripted sales pitch to the potential customer.Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals.Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers.Document transactions in forms and record logs.Achieve call and lead schedule targets as determined by lead team.Approach supervisor with any questions, concerns or troubleshooting issuesBe persuasive and skilled in handling customers objections.Education, Skills and Experience RequirementsAssociate Degree from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of experience in sales or customer service or equivalent combination of education and experience.Strong work ethic, ability to take ownership and deliver excellenceStrong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to be a team playerComputer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office programs.Customer service skills and people oriented.Ability to work under pressure and ensure compliance with deadlines and established goals.Ability to handle high volumes of work and meet established deadlines.Infopáginas is an equal employment opportunity employer (M/F/V/D)Powered by JazzHR
