IV&V Test Manager Opportunities Located in: San Juan, Puerto Rico & Des Moines, Iowa SLI Global Solutions, LLC has an exciting opportunity for an IV&V Test Manager to validate and verify the delivery of efficient, effective and relevant Testing Services for our clients, leveraging testing best practices to continually grow the breadth and sophistication of our testing methodology. Essential Functions (Duties & Responsibilities): Review all testing activities and services related to assigned projects/program Act as a test subject matter expert for solution and functional areas within assigned projects/program Develop or assist in developing strategic/tactical testing deliverables such as Test Strategies & Plans Perform requirements analysis and quality risk analysis Monitor and report test progress & status to project management and stakeholders Oversee the development of test conditions/scenarios and traceability matrices for multiple teams Lead and coach manual testing analysis and design Oversee the identification and preparation of test data Manage tasks and assignments of team members Monitor and manage completion of assigned testing scope and deliverables Ensure quality processes are followed Facilitate defect triage meetings for multiple initiatives Communicate progress of testing activities to the Management and stakeholders Produce internal and client facing status reports Participate in and facilitate Test Retrospective reviews Responsible for team training activities Collaborate with client team to collect, create, present, maintain, and store knowledge transfer assets Maintain solid understanding of software testing best practices, methodologies and terminology Act as a mentor for test team members and provide performance feedback Required Education and Other Credentials: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and/or Business or other relevant field Diploma in IT and/or Business with Equivalent IT Experience Industry recognized Testing Certification Required Skills/Experience: Minimum 8 yrs working in Software Testing, Quality Assurance Minimum 4 yrs leading test teams Minimum 5 yrs working in Business/IT Sector Minimum 4 yrs working with a Test Case Management system Minimum 4 yrs working with a Defect Management system We offer excellent paid benefits that include: Comprehensive Health & Dental Insurance 100% Paid Life Insurance Paid Holidays 401k Savings Plan (with 50% Matching Contribution) SLI encourages diversity and is an equal opportunity employer.
