Role Overview This position measures, analyzes and calibrates equipment on small to medium platforms/projects/systems. Ensures that systems perform accordingly to meet production quality. Documents test results and maintains records. Primary Responsibilities: Ensures that systems run according to necessary specifications on small to medium platforms/projects/systems. Measures, analyzes and calibrates equipment and processes to ensure quality standard are met on small to medium platforms/projects/systems. Confirms operations according to necessary regulations to ensure production quality on small to medium platforms/projects/systems. Documents test results and maintains records for later analysis Measures, analyzes and calibrates equipment and processes to ensure quality. Ensures systems perform according to necessary specifications. Design, Maintain and Modify Electronic Test Software applications Confirms operations according to necessary regulations to ensure production quality. Establishes validation standards and develops testing protocols. Design, Maintain and Modify Electronic Test Fixtures or Equipment Prepares equipment for testing. Documents test results and maintains records for later analysis. Coordinates with other departments who will be affected by testing Skills: Experience in electronics manufacturing environment. Excellent attendance and punctuality plus good record on EH&S and good disciplinary observed Work with minimum supervision. Ability to speak effectively in front of groups. Knowledge in Blue Prints, Gerber Files, Assembly Drawings and Specs interpretation. Knowledge in SMT, Thru Hole and Mixed Technology Electronics manufacturing process. Knowledge in Microsoft windows, excel, words and power point, AutoCAD, Corel, Draw, SAP Knowledge in problem solving techniques and the use of related quality tools. Knowledge in computer programming : on C, C++ Language, Visual Studio, Java, etc Knowledge on UNIX, Linux, DOS, and Windows Operating Systems Electronics Test Equipment Hands On Experience. Digital and Analog Electronics circuit analysis knowledge. Extensive knowledge of ICT test equipment such as Genrad 228X/TS124 and Spectrum 8852 is a plus Experience which includes Functional Test Development and/or Product Design is a plus. Qualifications: Candidates for this role should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferably in Electrical Engineering with Major in Electronics or Computer Engineering with a major in hardware and three years experience in electronics manufacturing environment or digital and analog electronics circuit analysis experience. Must be willing and able to work 3rd shift - Monday - Friday 10pm - 6am Willing to work overtime, Saturdays and Sundays and different shift.
