Training Coordinators

Descripción del Empleo:
Kelly Services is currently seeking for Training Coordinators in the west area.
Summary:
The Training Coordinator is responsible to design, deliver and implement technical training programs required for the learning and development of employees and needed for the achievement of the department targeted level of performance. Maintains complete and updated training records according with the procedures and standards. Certify employees in their job functions. Helps the site to comply with local and federal regulations. Assists other department training coordinators to assure consistent training practices throughout the site. Report data to management regarding training compliance status.
Requisitos:
Bachelor's degree in Science, Education, Human Resources or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of directly related experience in the manufacturing industry preferred; Medical devices or Pharmaceutical experience. Bilingual: Spanish and English. Available to work all shifts.
