Training & Employment Coordinator

Descripción del Empleo:
The Training and Employment Coordinator is responsible for serving as lead and coordinating all Training and Employment activities to develop and maintain employment and training opportunities for program clients and to assist and support clients in utilizing those opportunities. Specifically, this position is responsible for: Screening participants to inform and clarify their program goals and objectives, Marketing training programs and developing placement opportunities for participants, Provide outreach and recruitment through the implementation of local outreach, Establishing employment referral network including job bank, Developing and coordinating workshops and activities linking participants to employment, Reviewing and coordinating enrollment and termination paperwork for participants.
Requisitos:
Position requires knowledge, experience, and proficiency, demonstrated through up to four years of work experience in the area of job training and employment, and/or marketing, with specific emphasis on the issues of migrant farmworkers. Position requires basic knowledge of computers and record keeping.
