Training Specialist (Cayey)

Descripción del Empleo:
Responsible to the Sr. Continuous Improvement Manager for support in the execution of the knowledge transfer strategy of Bactec, in a new plant start up,Tuas Singapore. Responsible to coordinate trainings, travel for trainees, among other activities required under the established strategy.

Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration, science or related field, preferred; or equivalent experience.

Salary: $17.00 per hour
Requisitos:
Two (2) years minimum experience in a Medical Devices/Pharmaceutical Industry in similar responsibilities, or related area. Excellent people skills. Computer applications skills, specifically Windows and C2C Application.
Language skills (Bilingual).Demonstrated training analytical troubleshooting skills. Drive and ability to be a self-starter. Demonstrated organizational and time management skills. Demonstrated ability to quickly acquire new knowledge and skills as required, specifically e-Iearning program and software. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage many tasks/projects simultaneously.
