For Validation services in the Manufacturing area WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: The Technical Part: Bachelor's degree in Life Science or Engineering and five (5) year of exposure within the Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical industry. Bilingual (English & Spanish). Shift: 8:00am- 5:00pm and according to business needs. Experience in: Validation cycle (IQ, OQ, PQ), master validation plan, reports, execution, documentation, compliance with GMP and FDA regulations. Manufacturing equipment. The equipment to be validated: mixing tanks and a thermoforming machine. AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job) Prepare validation or performance qualification protocols for manufacturing processes, systems, or equipment for production of pharmaceuticals, electronics, or other products. Develop and modify Product Codes, Validations, Protocols and Technical Justifications. Provide technical and sustaining engineering support in a manufacturing area. Recommend and implement equipment and process modifications to meet quality standards and improve production efficiencies, manufacturing techniques as well as production yields for existing products. Review product development requirements for compatibility with processing methods to determine costs and schedules. Lead the innovation, development and/ or optimization of new manufacturing concepts, processes and procedures for transfer to manufacturing operations. Develop manufacturing processes that are applicable to statistical process control and may develop those techniques including the measurement systems. Ensure processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations.
