Warehouse Supervisor

Descripción del Empleo:
Will daily assign warehouse control tasks, dispatch, receipt, repair and workshop.
Perform cyclical counts on a regular basis, reconcile the data and report discrepancies
Will run a work agenda
Observe and apply inventory control policies or create such policies, if required
Maintain the physical plant in optimal condition
Observe and enforce
Requisitos:
Personal Competences Organized, oriented to detail and results
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Adept on warehouse equipment
Knowledge of automated inventory systems
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of good management and storage practices
Ability to guide, motivate and train employees
Ability to encourage teamwork
Self-starter, good time management and work with a minimum of supervision
Organized
Bilingual
Excellent interpersonal relationships at all levels
