We’re looking for someone who has top-notch organizational, phone, grammar and computer skills, as well as an inherent desire to ensure that any project they work on succeeds.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate manifest of daily tours with tour guides & store personnel.
Train, evaluate and asses staff in order to maximize customers experience.
Oversee watersport equipment handling, maintenance, repair, re-stocking, ordering & receiving.
Daily contact with guides, hoteliers, transportation companies and others with whom we interact to run our tours.
Researching ways to improve/add value to our tours and guest experience.
Building strong relationships with clients, partners, and customers.
Requisitos:
Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 2+ years of experience in tourism, tour operations, operations or related field and Minimum of 1+ years of experience in Retail.
Self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in building/following budgets
Superior written and oral communication skills
Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team
A great attitude and work ethic
Great Knowledge of the local surfing industry, SUP or watersports in general.
Must be fully bilingual
