Job Description
We are looking for a person for a dual role to join the MDF eCommerce team. First as a website Quality Assurance analyst, he/she will be a massive consumer advocate who will identify opportunities to enhance the overall website customer experience (with a customer experience first and mobile first mind-set). In this role, he/she should have a keen eye for detail, a passion for improving websites and have excellent communication skills. He/she will be responsible for website quality through manual and automated testing. He/she will also be responsible for finding, reporting and fixing bugs and glitches. He/she will be responsible for researching/benchmarking other websites against ours to identify/implement improvement opportunities. In the second role, he/she will be responsible for significantly improving the online customer experience and online sales of MDF Spain online properties (end to end). This includes but is not limited to online merchandising, social, reporting, sales, marketing, etc.
Responsibilities
Review, research and analyze websites
Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results (across assigned browsers and devices)
Create logs to document/report testing phases and defects
Implement or manage the completion of the opportunities/fixes
Conduct post-release / post-implementation testing
Track and report on status of all activities
Work with cross-functional teams (client experience, etc.) to ensure quality throughout the website development lifecycle
Research/Benchmarking assigned websites against other websites
Maintain existing programs, identify and prioritize new opportunities and drive execution of those opportunities (roadmap) that will significantly enhance the customer experience and sales on the mdfinstruments.es, amazon.es, etc. platforms (merchandising, social, reporting, sales, marketing, etc.)

Requirements
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance analyst or similar role
Experience in QA methodology, familiarity with regression testing, ability to document and troubleshoot errors, working knowledge of test management software and SQL a plus
High attention to detail, analytical minded, problem-solving aptitude and highly organized
Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
Ability to translate English online content to Spanish
Experience managing websites (Amazon a plus)
Must have working knowledge with HTML, CSS, Javascript. Experience with Magento Open Source, PHP, APIs, Angular, jQuery, or Node JS is a plus
B.A. in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent and 1-3 years of relevant work experience
