Descripción del Empleo:
• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
• Customer Service. Maintain a professional appearance and respond professionally to visitors and callers.
• Prepare Certificates of Insurance, mailings and assist with general work and help with special projects that require word processing, data entry, filling and online research.
• Organize conference and meeting room bookings.
• Control inventory log.
• Assist in the arrangements of the conference room for meetings; keep meeting participants comfortable; be sure to reserve the boardroom and have all supplies setup before the meeting.
• Other administrative tasks.
Requisitos:
• Minimum a High School Diploma; preferred a Bachelor’s Degree.
• People’s skills: Must be able to easily get along with people. Must possess a friendly personality to be easily approachable by all persons.
• Must possess excellent communication skills, both English & Spanish, for effective interaction with diverse groups of people.
• Must have excellent skills using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Ability to word effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to meet up with given deadlines and multi task and still work effectively.
• Attention to detail, must show initiative and reliability

Salary: Minimum Wage plus benefits
