Job Description: This position is Exempt. Support to Contracting & Pricing area providing services to Contracting Manager, Compliance Analyst, Financial Analyst and internal commercial divisions, as requested. This position will provide support in services such as financial data analysis and projects related to the Contracting & Pricing area, Record Retention, data entry (BPCS / SAP preferred), among others. The candidate should be proficient in Excel, good analytical skills, effective interpersonal skills, fully bilingual. Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting. 1. Provide support in the maintenance of all affiliate divisions contracted and non-contracted pricing data in the system (BPCS / SAP). 2. Support in the maintenance of other pricing tools such as price lists, special price offers, promotion offers, price changes, among others. 3. Ensure the documentation is best maintained for Contracts & Pricing transactions by effectively supporting Record Retention and maintaining supporting documentation properly and securely among all related functions in the area. 4. Support the internal and external customers by providing accurate pricing information from the system, respond to issues, concerns, claims and/or discrepancies and any other ad hoc requests as needed. 5. Responsible for maintaining all Record Retention of the Contracting & Pricing area up to date and well organized, this may include pricing supporting documentation and other contracting / procurement records. 6. Provide support in any other core responsibility in the Contracting & Pricing area, as requested. Comment: Exempt position.
