Main Purpose:
Responsible for assisting in the developing and execution of the country’s convenience store strategic action plans. Main focus on achieving results related to providing continuous support to CR operations in terms of Category Management, Portafolio Optimization, Price Strategy, Promotional Plan, CR Information Systems, Executions Index, Market Trends and generate/analyze CR Profitability.

1. Category Management
Analize Nielsen Data.
Analize prices by chanels and competitors.
Analize sales, costs and margin of products and subcategories.
Execute Planograms optimization cronogram.
Identify news market trends.
Responsible to develop and execute the Category Management Strategic Plan (Floor Plan, Price Positioning, Category Role, Planograms)
2. CR INFORMATION SYSTEMS
Activate Promotional Plan in the system.
Analize KPI´s Report
Give assistant to the stores with the system.
Manage Spaceman system.
Manage Super 7 On line
Optimization and update of Pricebook.
3. CR PROMOTIONAL PLAN
Develop and implement POP Material according to Execution Guidelines.
Develop and anual competitive promotional plan based on Category Management Analisis.
Evaluate promotions performance.
Negotiate and implement promotions with Vendors.
Upload promotional plan to Super 7 Online.
4. CR PROFITABILITY
Develop and execute specific plans to ensure continuous CR performance improvement
Follow up vendor rebates, franchise fee and ATM agreements.
Generate reports to analyze category and subcategories performance (sales and margins).
Generate sales reports to Regional Managers.
Negotiate vendor rebate in join with CR Manager.
Optimize Vendor Suplly Chain Agreement.
5. ACTIVITIES SUPPORT

Preferred Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, communication, advertising or related areas, Business Management or Administration
