Revisar cuentas morosas diariamente y realizar gestiones de cobro mediante teléfono, carta, correo electrónico y fax. Responsable por el cobro final de las cuentas y de referir las cuentas necesarias al departamento legal dentro de un periodo razonable. Documentar conversaciones y gestiones de cobro en el sistema. Utilizar técnicas de negociación para obtener la mejor opción de pago. Identificar la fecha, el nombre del cliente, el número de teléfono, el resumen de la conversación y firma del cobrador. Preparar informes de gestiones de cobro, según les sea requerido. Gestionar todos los pagos devueltos por fondos insuficientes. Establecer, coordinar y dar seguimiento a los planes de pagos y acuerdos establecidos. Grado Asociado o Bachillerato en Contabilidad Ser completamente bilingüe (inglés y español) y tener destrezas de comunicación oral y escrita en ambos idiomas Habilidad para negociar Habilidad para redactar profesionalmente cartas de cobro en inglés y español Ser Analítico(a) Why Kelly®?
