Descripción del Empleo:
The Imaging Clerk is responsible of scanning and processing files onto our data base using OnBase, Info Image, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook integration). Conduct a thorough audit and perform quality assurance on all documents scanned. Compile scanned documents in orders requested. Reassemble documents and binders.
Requisitos:
Associate’s Degree (AD) in Data Entry or Secretarial Science with one (1) year of related experience, preferable. Or High School Diploma with three (3) years of related experience. Advanced knowledge of OnBase including indexing and workflows is required. Basic level of English communication and written skills is a plus.
