Mfg Supervisor-3Rd Shift

The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for directly supervising the production personnel on their respective product lines, achieving quality and production objectives; ensuring compliance with the Quality System; emphasizing an environment of teamwork, innovation, performance management, administration of company policies and procedures; safety and good housekeeping.
Requisitos:
Education required/ preferred: Bachelor Degree in Administration, Science or Engineering.

Experience:
2 years’ experience in a high volume or labor intensive manufacturing work environment, preferably in the medical device industry.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
• Broad knowledge of a specialized or technical field such as industrial management
• Supervisory skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish a must
• Lean and Six Sigma training/certified preferred.
