Operates, troubleshoots, maintains area equipment, handles, and verifies material. In the exercise of the duties, complies with applicable standards, guidelines, and regulations.To get hired at QUALITY CONSUTING GROUP, you MUST be:Responsible for register the procedure performed on the system upon completion of their specific project & before that project goes to next process stage. Assist in the setting up of dies and punches on variety of complicated compacting machines. Check to see if materials needed are available. Establish feeds and speeds when otherwise not furnished. Complies with first part and in-process inspection requirements. Able to determine good parts from bad. Must always keep the integrity of the batches and properly identify. Make minor repairs of compaction, milling and repress machines. Will perform basic maintenance to the equipment. Responsible for adjusting the weight and thickness of the compacting machines when necessary, for the maintenance of the dies and punches. Always maintain two weeks of stock.
