What's the role? As a Product Delivery you will work like single point of contact for customers, understanding requirements and business usage to provide the business with the product domain expertise needed to successfully run, use, and evolve each product, in line with Policies and Processes, while encouraging effective adoption, assurance end to end product and usage of the product through the delivery of quality guidance and communications, all related to initiatives into the LLA strategy and in the scope from IT B2B Delivery. Responsibilities: How can you add value? Knowledge of process flow and eTom standard, scrum or agile methodologies, Salesforce functionalities knowledge. Make presentations to share information with business owners and executives, assurance the final solution will be adopted from the business. Will serve as bridge between the business and the IT to translate their necessities, will have good knowledge to manage the requirements, work the business analyst, architecture, PM and developers, needs to know the solution and support in training is needed. Guarantee the quality in each definition, changes, and improvement in the business. Getting business requirements and understanding the as-is and scope. Compare the as-is process with the scope and the improvement to build to be Consolidate the use cases from the business. Identify KPIs to measure the benefits after implementation in any project and adoption of the solution. Review and coordinate updated the current process. Propose best practice related to the process and methodology to go the business with correct solution. Align the documentation with eTom standard. Conducted process training sessions to the business and supporting in the first operation phase. Participated in the project as part of the team. SFDC and velocity knowledge Generate documentation related to the projects. Demonstrate and ensure compliance with the Customer First Philosophy, all Liberty PR and LLA policies and procedures including the Code of Conduct and Liberty safety standards and procedures. Other functions that may be assigned. Education and/or Experience: Bachellor's degree 3-6 years of experience as Product Delivery or solution architect or SFDC developer or QA Other Qualifications: Document processes, use cases, best practices and requirements in a way that can be understood by technical and business stakeholders. Ability to work with customers, and ability customer handle Design, build and maintain the process updated, small flow in SFDC Develop and provide training on new processes and changes on existing process from various business units. Analyze the requirements from the user and align with the scope in the project and add in the gap list a new one. Manage the basic functionalities in the SFDC when they can suggest alternatives solutions. Familiarity with development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc) and tools like Jira Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets Strong analytic and problem-solving skills. Strong written and communication skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) Ability to work unsupervised with remote and local teams. Willingness to take-on a variety of tasks.
