Position: Product Owner/Systems Analyst The Product Owner/Solutions Analyst PO/SA will manage one or more complex web/technology projects following the agile principle. The PO/SA ensures consistent delivery of high-quality software products to our customers. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where collaboration with internal teams and customers is key to your day-to-day success. Your responsibilities will include: Identifying high level functional and non-functional requirements Collaborating with development lead to design solutions Proxy between the business and the development team Authoring initial epics/features and elaborating them into user stories that clearly describe the functional and non-functional requirements Determining minimal viable MVP product boundaries Developing business analysis artifacts such as user experience models and prototypes/process flows/ business rules to clarify requirements Prioritizing and sequencing the backlog of epics/features/user stories according to business value, throughout the release and sprint planning cycles Owning the project scope to ensure successful delivery; meeting business expectations and established timelines This position requires a mix of customer management and strong business and engineering acumen The ideal candidate will have a drive for quality results, possess keen interpersonal skills, and be comfortable leading and coordinating cross functional teams Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Extremely organized with great attention to detail Excellent management skills with the ability to lead, facilitate, motivate, and organize Ability to adapt to change Excellent customer service skills Ability to learn quickly and to creatively solve new problems Ability to negotiate and settle differences quickly and peacefully Ability to act as a team player Education and Experience: At least five to seven years of related experience Mortgage technology experience is strongly desired Convey requirements and shape solution Strong communication, business acumen, customer facing with sales and AEs Strong preference for someone with Back office mortgage experience .Net, SQL.
