What Product Support/Repair - Field and Depot contributes to Cardinal Health Product Support/Repair-Field and Depot is responsible for troubleshooting technical problems, diagnosing, analyzing and/or repairing products. Accountabilities Responsible for troubleshooting technical problems, diagnosing and analyzing Medication/Med Surg. Automated dispensing machines. In charge of installation and repair of Medication/Med Surg Automated dispensing machines. Responsible for preventive maintenance of equipment within assigned accounts. Qualifications A minimum of an Associate Degree in Biomedical Engineering and/or Computer Science is required; a Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred. A minimum of 3 years' experience is required; previous experience managing automated dispensing machines (Medication/Med surge) or similar Medical equipment's is preferred. Strong technical orientation and experience supporting proprietary and standard applications. Have the ability to troubleshoot problems in a logical manner. Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks at a time, prioritize as necessary so that all clients receive the highest level of customer service. Must have clear, concise written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge in SQL and computer equipment configuration is preferred. Availability to do On Call"" 24/7 hour shift is required. Availability to travel within Puerto Rico territory a 100% of the time is required. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish verbal and written is required. Must provide proof of and maintain current immunizations and obtain additional immunizations appropriate for the facility which enables access to customer sites in order to perform essential job functions. Proofs must include: Hepatitis B, Influenza (current year), MMR (mumps, measles, rubella), Varicella (chicken pox) Annual TB/PPD (skin test), Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis.
